The peer-reviewed Applied Cybersecurity & Internet Governance journal is an open-access publication providing a platform to address critical and strategic cyber challenges faced by national institutions and transnational corporations alike. The latest issue (Volume 3, Number 1, 2024) features a special focus on the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on global cybersecurity and digital infrastructure. This issue’s special guest editor is Professor Jacek Leśkow, Rector of the American University Kyiv. Notably, one of our colleagues, Dr. Viktor Putrenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences, is among the contributing authors.
